Lobby Day is back! Lobby Day 2009 is set for January 11 -12 in Sacramento, CA. We are hoping to have a strong nursing presence at lobby day this year. Last year there were 5 of us -- let's be heard.

We invite you to join hundreds of other health professional students on the steps of the State Capitol and in the offices of our State Representatives to take a stand on healthcare reform.

As future healthcare providers, we are first and foremost patient advocates. However, we should adorn the steps of the Capitol, not just as future providers, but as fellow citizens.

It is time to take our profession back! It is time to stand up for our patients and ourselves!
